Welcome to RHINO HEAVY's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Customers must provide valid identification when renting equipment.

2. All rentals are subject to availability and must be returned in the same condition as they were rented.

3. Payment is due before or at the time of equipment delivery.

4. Customers are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period.

5. Cancellation of a rental must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

6. Service maintenance and repairs are conducted only by certified RHINO HEAVY technicians.

7. We offer a warranty on all sold machinery, as specified in the sales agreement.

8. All disputes will be managed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
